Read the exact characters and look for the control-lock marking on your own panel. The button combination varies. Use the model instructions to change that setting rather than copying another washer’s buttons.
Choose the relevant observation
- Controls are disabled and CL is displayed: compare the panel marking with the model’s control-lock instructions.
- The door also will not open: record that as a separate lock/water-state observation. Do not force the door to address a control setting.
- The display is different: photograph it and look up that exact warning rather than assuming it is CL.
Decide what to do next
After the documented setting change, check whether normal control operation returns. If the setting cannot be identified or controls remain unresponsive, give support the full model and display photograph.
