Copy the entire display. Once the washer has stopped and released normally, check for visible laundry caught at the door. Do not force a stuck door or bypass the interlock.
Choose the relevant observation
- The door will not close normally: record visible trapped laundry or damage.
- The door closes but does not lock: keep that distinction with the exact dE2 display.
- The door is locked and water remains: use the lock/water-state route instead of forcing a release.
Decide what to do next
Use the exact model’s ordinary closing and control instructions. Persistent warnings or visible damage need service. This page does not prescribe a universal reset or identify a compatible latch.
